I bought a new iPad 2 with 64 Gigabytes last week and have been busy searching for cool app reviews and learning more about its capabilities. I am impressed. What has struck me more than anything however, is the huge number of apps already created for it. Apps that are really useful and that have made me (an inveterate PC Veteran) to actually concede that Apple iPads have the potential to replace the laptop and desktop computing and communication devices.

You see, I want any device I own to be productive and usable and I want it to be available most of the time. I want it to be intuitive to use and I want really cool apps that I can use to do work and create documents, music, emails, photos and maps from anywhere. That’s a high standard but I know that is the direction this mobile computing revolution is taking.

Now, I would like to see a website or review site for current and proven apps for all these devices. I don’t trust the itunes and apple store to suggest an app that meets all my needs. Where are all the independent app review sites. Where can I find the cool app reviews website. I found a just-created website that promises to have cool app reviews as it gets started.

I’m also a smartphone junkie and enjoy learning about the top android phones 2011 that companies scrambled to come out with. So far, I’ve found top android phones 2011. It’s not bad and contains tons of commentaries and Q&A on the best smartphones in the android world. Now, I need to find a website that joins these two sites together for a one-stop shopping experience. Just think: A Cool App Reviews site and a smart device store all in one. Mmmm.
