A great way to get an excellent deal on your favorite designer perfume brands is to buy gift sets. This way you can sample the fragrance before committing to a whole large bottle which may also be expensive.
Actually, I’ve bought sets and have ended up liking the body lotion better than the perfume itself.
Some brands of fragrances just don’t seem to come in gift sets and you have no choice but to pay full price for an ounce or two. Abercrombie Fitch perfumes are a good example. As much as I love this brands perfumes, I never see the collection in a gift set.
Still, there are so many wonderful fragrances to sample and try out that A&F is not a must have for me.
Everyone is going to have a favorite brand or type of fragrance that appeals to them. During the holiday season, look for the deals. If you must splurge and pay full price, so be it. Perhaps that is a good way to use a gift certificates you might get for Christmas.
