Dental Plans for Single Brits

It used to be the case that the British National Health Service covered the cost of dental care, but nowadays it’s much harder to find NHS dentists. It’s now all about insurance and without it people either have to have insurance or watch their teeth rot and drop as the years pass by. The British have never been very good at looking after their teeth and for some reason don’t consider a bright white smile a thing of beauty like they do in other western countries. Dental plans for singles, especially single young men, are practically unheard of. These boy wonders may spend hours down the gym each week pumping iron to improve their body image, yet when it comes to the health care of their teeth; this is not something they consider as necessary. By middle age, the majority of men and women in Great Britain have teeth, where there are still teeth, the colours of autumn leaves, and the more it snows, the worse they look. This is indeed a strange phenomenon and one can only thinks that neglecting teeth is a cultural thing.
