Garmin Forerunner Sports Watch
The Forerunner is a personal GPS sports watch produced by Garmin. They are very popular with triathletes, serious joggers, road runners and cross country athletes, they are even used by cyclists. The advantage of using a GPS sports watch is that you can track and record your training session. You can then use this data to repeat that session or plan a new session. You can compare several training routes, maybe even log in several short and long courses all GPS mapped out for you. Added features in some of the Forerunners include heart rate monitors and water resistance. There are styles for both men and women and a good variety of designs and colors (pink, lilac, blue, green, black and white just to name a few) for the fashion conscious athlete.
