The National Weather Service has come out with their predictions for the winter of 2011. All signs lead to a winter full of cold temperatures and precipitation in most areas in the form of snow. The Northern Plains are expected to have higher than normal precipitation. While the Midwest is expected to have colder than normal temperatures. So if the man in your life will be spending time outside this winter, then consider getting him a pair of men’s bib overalls. Overalls can be a nice addition to any closet to provide additional warmth. Generally bib overalls can be used in combination with a winter coat.
